Happy Holidays everyone!

I want to thank everyone for coming to our year-end festivities. We've completed our 37th year in business (1972) and each year seems to bring new challenges and opportunities.

It was yet another difficult year for all of us as we continue to struggle against this sluggish economy that started back in the 4th quarter of 2007 and the current outlook tends to show it won’t let up till possibly the end of 2010 and perhaps beyond. There are some signs of improvement though unemployment and the housing sector must improve before there can be any real lasting recovery and growth.

Through these difficult times we’ve kept our focus on our customers while keeping a tight rein on expenditures. We’ve become more responsive in customer service where it counts the most. Our commitment shows as we maintain our customer base and increase our RMR bottom line. We have all the right pieces in place to take advantage of the opportunities the economic recovery will bring to us.

 

 I want to acknowledge the dedication and support you have given to our company. You all have shown willingness to step up and improve the company which directly benefits our customers and it's very much appreciated!
